CONTRACT SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional contract specialist providing guidance or advice on contracting functions or activities (e.g. cost/price analysis, negotiations, solicitations, pre and post award processes, procurement, or contractor performance) to ensure compliance with contract terms and requirements for the construction, repair, maintenance, modernization, or sustainment of surface ships or submarines.
