Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Significant experience with CIV and MIL manpower management including org structure, UIC management, and TFMMS billet management. 2) Significant experience with POM and/or other budget formulation. 3) Experience with total force data analysis and strategy development. You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Strategic Planning and Analytics Division, Human Capital Management (HCM) Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
