Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-05 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide overall management of acquisition and life cycle logistics/maintenance management activities; 2) Manage and direct the efforts of all logistics personnel providing life cycle product support to assigned systems; 3) Develop ILS planning and supportability requirements for program documentation and manage the development and preparation of logistics sections of program documents; 4) Provide cost supporting data and develop tailored application of the elements of life cycle costing based on authoritative knowledge of the unique characteristics of assigned systems; 5) Plan the strategy or implementation of logistics management operations to ensure timely logistics support; and 6) Review, evaluate and direct changes to achieve Logistics’ consistency with program parameters or higher-level logistics support policies.
