To qualify for a GS-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience designing and developing workforce training programs. Experience conducting needs assessments and analyzing workforce development needs. Experience facilitating training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences. Experience evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements. Experience applying procurement processes and regulations, including federal acquisition guidelines. Experience conducting market research to identify suppliers and assess pricing. Experience maintaining accurate records of purchases and reconciling statements. To qualify for a GS-09, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using a learning management system to organize, deliver, track, and assess online and instructor lead courses and training programs. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop training materials and resources. Experience managing and overseeing government purchase card transactions and compliance. Experience conducting market research to identify suppliers and assess pricing. Experience maintaining accurate records of purchases and reconciling statements.
