In addition to basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer, providing programmatic and technical leadership for planning, managing, and executing projects involving test, evaluation, development, and sustainment of airborne electronics attack systems to develop and assess engineering processes and procedures for improvement and efficiency of warfare systems programs. You will serve as an ENGINEER in the Spectrum Warfare Systems Dept (WX), Airborne Electronics Attack Systems Division (WXS), Tactical Test Capability Development Branch (WXSR) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. The salary may be limited to a GS-14 Step 10 (currently $158,860).
