In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties such as: 1. Plan and execute resources and funding for the exploitation of sophisticated weapons, hardware, components, software, electronics, and materials in laboratory and field environments. 2. Review and track exploitation projects to prioritize requirements and maintain schedules. 3. Identify laboratory equipment and supply requirements to develop short and long term spending plans. 4. Manage contracts governing external manpower, material resources, and budgets to execute exploitation work and assess quality of contract deliverables. 5. Perform the full range of supervisory duties for a civilian workforce, including hiring, managing, appraising performance, discipline, resolving complaints, and supporting employee development. You will serve as a GG-14 Supervisory Branch Head for the Foreign Materiel Exploitation Divisions Program Management Branch at the FARRAGUT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS CENTER in Suitland, MD. As a Supervisory Branch Head you will plan, execute, and report on materiel exploitation and associated intelligence processing; manage contracts, material resources, and budgets; and supervise a team of employees.
