Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Applying electrical engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate test and training Range instrumentation systems, data acquisition systems, data processing and display systems, and test communications system; 2) Prepares electrical engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation; 3) Applies electrical engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, or acquisition and resource management; 4) Works independently on more complex tasking and consults with senior engineers; 5) Oversees the quality of work products and services of junior engineers; 6) Supports operations, maintenance, and repair of systems, including transmitters (solid state and TWT), exciters, and receivers.
