Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Design and develop hardware and software associated with multiprocessor executive control, avionics systems and subsystems, multi-spectral imaging techniques, and digital system interface and aircraft system architecture. 2.) Overseeing development of design and operation of simulation hardware and software systems and the related test support tools. 3.) Knowledge of system test techniques, customer support requirements, test tools, hardware aspects of a laboratory or system, state of the art simulation processes and procedures to accomplish aviation program goals and objectives. 4.) Utilizing real-time aircraft simulation to support applications such as aircrew proficiency training, flying quality and performance evaluations, system integration, mission system software regression testing, and mishap investigations. 5.) Coordinating or assigning work assignments to subordinates or integrated program team members, based on organizational priorities and capabilities of team members.
