Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing improvement with the defense acquisition program execution and workforce issues. Expertise in managing programs. Experience using Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act and implementing instructions/manuals within the DON. Experience using principles of program management and the associated policies, processes, analysis, and practices to manage programs in the DON. Experience using Program Planning Budgeting System (PPBS), business and financial management systems and principles, and the ability to apply and manage financial resources. Experience managing and coordinating functions to control a wide variety of activities occurring concurrently, in an overlapping fashion, or sequentially. Experience demonstrating communication skills (written and oral) and ability to be a productive leader.
