Specialized Experience : To qualify for the DE-05, applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (DE-04) which includes performing the following: This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level: (1) Experience in applying Department of Defense/Service specific policies on complex M&S defense systems, (2) Experience in understanding and applying the M&S Training and exercises systems engineering related to the delivery of complex end to end Joint Exercise Planning requirements and Event execution (3)Experience in providing technical leadership to multi-functional teams. (4) Leading and participating in activities with Senior Leaders, ensuring technical requirements, readiness and mission critical delivery and are achieved. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Leadership Project Management Systems Integration Applicants must meet basic eligibility requirements such as minimum qualifications, and other regulatory requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
