Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience tracking and managing command’s personnel placement. Experience with working groups related to community management of assigned ratings and designators. Experience developing and reviewing NEOCS and NOOCs packages for submission. You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Manpower/Personnnel Department, N1, reporting directly to the Deputy, ACOS, N1 COMNECC of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
