To qualify for this position at the FV-E Band (FG/GS-7-8), you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-D FG/GS-5-6 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Receiving, inspecting, and sorting packages/mail; maintaining and tracking packages; writing and typing non-technical routine correspondence; maintaining files; general office support; entering information into systems and responding to telephone calls. This position serves as an Administrative Mail Clerk for the Office of Policy, International Affairs & Environment (APL), Office of National Engagement and Regional Administration (ARA) in the Northwest Mountain Regional Office. This position reports directly to the Executive Operations Manager.
