Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting management studies to statistical trends, projections and cause and effect; 2) Utilizing various analytical mathematical, statistical, programming and empirical practices to develop predictive analytics to assist in decision making; 3) Providing advice and assistance to support innovation and business intelligence with respect to data visualization, data analysis, management capabilities, organizational capacity and enterprise analytics; and 4) Utilizes visualization techniques to identify patterns, trends and outliers in large data sets.
