Applicants must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Eligible applicants must be either: Current undergraduate students who anticipate graduation between December, 2024 and June, 2025; OR Individuals who have earned an undergraduate degree on or after April 1, 2022. Eligibility Requirement: Applicants must apply within 2 years of completing an undergraduate (BA/BS) degree. An exception to the two years of undergraduate degree completion will be granted to veterans who are precluded from applying within 2 years due to a military service obligation. Veterans who meet this exception will have up to six years from the date they completed their undergraduate degree to participate in the Director’s Financial Analyst Program. AND 2. Candidates must also complete the simulation exercise and be scored by the SMEs at or above the passing grade of 4. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your résumé.
The Bureaus Directors Financial Analyst Program is a two-year rotational analyst program that will give a select number of recent college graduates with undergraduate degrees the unique opportunity to work with senior-level executives on some of the most critical issues facing consumer financial markets in the United States.
