SUPERVISORY FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Acting as a Government representative in interpreting contract clauses for negotiation modification and task orders; 2) Ensuring employees are provided awareness training in Facilities Contracts, safety, protection of government owned property and Employee Equal Opportunity policies and programs to evaluate employee performance; 3) Preparing correspondence regarding contractor performance and schedule to ensure adherence with fair labor practices; 4) Ensuring that funding is available for contractors performance, and; 5) Utilizing computer software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, word, Project management and Power Point) to prepare reports for cost estimates and maintenance schedules. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT MANAGER in the Facility Support Contract (FSC) Management and Facility Services (FMFS) Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
