Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Applying Logistics knowledge of different functional programs and program planning, such as evaluation, .analysis with a focus on equipment maintenance readiness programs or non-tactical vehicle fleet management. 2) Managing Maintenance Programs to develop policies, procedure, and/or plans resulting in unique products that provide tools or resources for broad application. 3 Interpreting laws, rules and regulations in order to develop implementation strategies, 4) Representing the organization on teams or committees outside the organization, such as developing new policies, approaches or techniques that improve the ability to analyze maintenance programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DB-2 / GS-11 or above]).
