Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience is: Experience applying Federal EEO laws, regulations, policies, and procedures while making technical recommendations to prepare, analyze statistical data collected, and aide in resolving concerns to prepare comprehensive reports in regard to EEO problems. OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement. The incumbent serves as an Equal Employment Specialist on the Civil Rights Staff, and is responsible for administering and implementing internal programs to ensure Civil Rights and EEO regulations and objectives are met, under the limited direction of a manager or more experienced professional.
