HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Providing authoritative interpretation and instructions on Federal civilian human resources laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and develops guidance; 2) Leading Federal civilian human resources team members on special projects or comprehensive studies to identify problems or operating issues; 3) Recommending changes to established civilian human resources procedures and practices to resolve recurring problems; and 4) Serving as staff action officer and providing administrative oversight for special programs.
