Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Providing authoritative interpretation and instructions on Federal civilian human resources laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and develops guidance; 2) Leading Federal civilian human resources team members on special projects or comprehensive studies to identify problems or operating issues; 3) Recommending changes to established civilian human resources procedures and practices to resolve recurring problems; and 4) Serving as staff action officer and providing administrative oversight for special programs. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
