Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing management oversight of subordinate activities/agencies involved in the execution of international program requirements; 2) Coordinating foreign disclosure and technology release matters with organization on all FMS cases; and, 3) Possessing technical knowledge of various IT technology types, to include but not limited to, Line of Sight (LoS) Communications, Beyond Line of Sight (BLoS) Networking, Operations, Digital Fires Software, Mission Command applications and Tactical Command Post Integration. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Communications Organizational Awareness Planning and Evaluating
About the Position: Serves as a Security Cooperation Staff Officer and advisor on the procedures for the implementation of the Armys security assistance activities. Responsible for the oversight and management of key facets of program development and execution in coordination with DoD Acquisition processes to enhance program effectiveness in the areas of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Excess Defense Articles, and Title 22 leases.
