Minimum Qualifications: 1. One (1) year of work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) Support Management programs for a Garrison or similar civilian community. AND 2. Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting and long-range planning. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. Best Qualified Criteria: Possess a Financial Management Certification or a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field. AND Possess two years or more of supervisor experience. The experience/education/certification must be reflected on your resume and your degree/transcript/certification uploaded at the time of application to be considered a Best Qualified candidate. Applicants meeting the Best Qualified criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants will be referred for consideration if the certificate (referral list) is returned with no selection.
