To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration. To qualify for the Grade 12, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11 it must include: Experience in large scale event coordination, such as an agency wide (or equivalent) award program. Experience interpreting and applying program guidelines when hosting large events such as an agency wide (or equivalent echelon) award program or Worklife event. Experience in editing official correspondence, marketing materials, or reports for senior level leadership. To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include: Experience in large scale event coordination, such as an agency wide (or equivalent) award program. Experience drafting and applying program guidelines when hosting large events such as an agency wide (or equivalent echelon) award program or Worklife event. Experience in drafting and editing official correspondence, marketing materials, or reports for senior level leadership. The position is located in the Departmental Office of Human Resource Management, Workforce Quality Division, Office of the Secretary (OST) and the incumbent serves as a Program Specialist, responsible for managing and administering a wide variety of programs and events in the Departmental Work-Life and Special Programs Office.
