Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing engineering guidance in the design, development, modernization, or sustainment of combat or weapon systems for surface ships or submarines to ensure compliance with established specifications or requirements. You will serve as a Chief Engineer in the Combat & Weapons Control Program Office of PEO UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS. The NH-04 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
