For GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. To qualify for this position, specialized experience includes demonstrating knowledge or experience in labor management and equal employment opportunity (EEO) principles, along with at least four of the following: Providing strategic leadership that supports and advances an EEO/labor law compliance or grant program. Leading an EEO/labor law compliance program(s), including optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the program(s). Planning, assigning, and evaluating the work of others. Planning, directing, executing, and making final decisions related to the day-to-day operations of a large program. Reporting and driving results for program performance.
The incumbent will serve as the Deputy Regional Administrator for the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Regional Office. This position is outside the bargaining unit.
