TO QUALIFY FOR GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify and resolve issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. TO QUALIFY FOR GS-7: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying basic analytical and fact-finding techniques by gathering and analyzing data to identify problems. You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst in the Command Evaluation and Review Office (Code 100E) of the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC), San Diego, CA.
