FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems, such as those arising from government budget constraints and fiscal policies; 2) Performing financial management actions to include reconciling, certifying invoices, perform audits, and pulling various reports; 3) Performing technical work in support of budget analysis and administration such as maintain ledgers, compiling, consolidating, checking, and arranging funding data; 4) Utilizing administrative and financial management systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Entering and processing various accounting/budget actions; 2) Performing financial management functions to examine, verify, maintain, and reconcile accounts and accounting data; 3) Applying and adhering to the policies and procedures applicable to financial management operations; 4) Utilizing administrative and financial management systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
