FOR GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing the execution and coordination of planning and production work to ensure compliance and mitigate problems or trends related to project or fiscal performance. Examples of qualifying experiences may include: planning or coordination of production work, preparation of Workload and Resource Report (WARR) data, budgets, financial or workload briefs, analyzing data and compiling estimates of labor or material, or identifying, analyzing, and recommending solutions to problems in organizational structure, staffing, administrative procedures, work processes, or workload distribution. Examples of using automation tools may include: Mission Funded COST, Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Supervisors Desk (SupDesk), Performance Measurement & Control (PMC), Material Access Tracker (MAT), Query Data Base (QDB). You will serve as a Project Business Agent in the Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200) or the Nuclear Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200N) of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF).
