To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications for GS-04: 1 Year of General Experience OR 2 Years of Education above the High School Level. General Experience is defined as progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Minimum Qualifications for GS-05: 1 Year of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-04 Grade Level OR 4 Years of Education above the High School Level. Specialized Experience is defined as experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Examples include: Maintaining inventory, stock, and/or property account records; preparing pick lists and receiving reports & receiving supplies through automated systems. Minimum Qualifications for GS-06: 1 Year of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 Grade Level. Examples include: Utilizing the electronic inventory management system (M-System) or a similar automated system for ordering and receiving supplies, reviewing orders to ensure correct quantities of supplies ordered. Minimum Qualifications for GS-07: 1 Year of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 Grade Level. Examples include: Knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, procedures and instructions applicable to the specific assignment; experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstructing records for complex supply transactions; and/or providing supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment or parts. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
This position is located in the Property & Supply Department of the Cass Lake Hospital in Cass Lake, Minnesota. The incumbent is responsible for performing technical supply support work necessary to ensure the effective operations of ongoing supply activities of the Property & Supply Department.
