GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing or evaluating production plans, workload requirements, or financial reports to ensure compliance or to mitigate problems or trends related to project or fiscal performance. Examples of qualifying experiences may include: planning or coordination of production work, preparation of Workload and Resource Report (WARR) data, budgets, financial or workload briefs, analyzing data and compiling estimates of labor or material, or identifying, analyzing, and recommending solutions to problems in organizational structure, staffing, administrative procedures, work processes, or workload distribution.. Examples of using automation tools may include: Mission Funded COST, Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Supervisors Desk (SupDesk), Performance Measurement & Control (PMC), Material Access Tracker (MAT), Query Data Base (QDB) etc. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: gathering or analyzing data in order to assist with the evaluation of production plans, workload requirements, or financial reports to ensure compliance or to identify problems or trends related to project or fiscal performance. Examples of qualifying experiences may include: assisting with the planning or coordination of production work, preparation of Workload and Resource Report (WARR) data, budgets, financial or workload briefs, or obtaining, compiling, and summarizing narrative information and quantitative data. You will serve as a Project Business Agent in the Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200) or the Nuclear Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200N) of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF).
