FOR GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: designing, developing, analyzing, and employing passive and active sonar training systems (such as course content, materials, technical accuracy) in support of training programs to include underwater acoustic modeling, acoustic analysis, target motion analysis, and range prediction systems (such as tactics, system operations, capabilities, limitations, operating guidelines, doctrine, acoustic operations plan) to achieve certification standards and improve at sea performance. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: employing sonar training systems (such as course content, materials, technical accuracy) in support of training programs to include underwater acoustic modeling, acoustic analysis, target motion analysis, and range prediction systems (such as tactics, system operations, capabilities, limitations, operating guidelines, doctrine, acoustic operations plans) to achieve established standards.
