In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Administering and supporting the Government Purchase Card (GPC) Program; 2) Analyzing and identifying the impact, feasibility and effectiveness of existing and proposed command regulations, programs or policies; 3) Resolving audit and inspection activities for the GPC Program; 4) Developing, managing and maintaining an electronic tracking system using software such as Microsoft Excel; 5) Training users on the GPC Program and records management policy and processes; and 6) Using the information gathered from conducting fact findings and information assessments to develop presentations, data queries, point papers and reports.
