SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: A qualified candidate’s online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band level or GS grade level (NQ-01 or GS-07 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Identifying issues and problems related to program operations and making recommendations for improvement; conducting research and documenting results in various written formats; and keeping abreast of goals and objectives in order to participate in program planning and evaluation. OR- A master’s or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree. (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work). OR- I have a combination of graduate level education and experience as described in the vacancy announcement. Do not provide a separate narrative written statement. The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst, providing support and advisory services for program development, analysis, and the evaluation of comprehensive, short/long range and multi-year plans, strategic objectives, operational and related financial resources, and training requirements for the organization.
