Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience managing workload from multiple stakeholders; 2.) Practice with each part of the acquisition cycle; 3) Familiarity developing and reviewing specifications, drawings, and technical documents; 4) Knowledge of integration, validation, verification, and the final approval process for design modifications; 5) Skill analyzing engineering investigation and field reports from deficiencies; 6) Leadership of airworthiness efforts and reviews; 7) Mentor System Engineers; 8) Manage risk working groups.
