GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies of departmental work processes to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems and advise management on ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations or program effectiveness. GS-7: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: gathering and analyzing data from various sources (references, directives, correspondence, instructions, subject matter experts) to assist in conducting studies on the use of resources, records management, or the effectiveness of programs.
