Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working in areas of recruitment, compensation and classification. Experience advising and making recommendations on strategic planning and complex organizational issues. Experience demonstrating knowledge of Norfolk Naval Shipyard, its Departments, Branches and Federal sector practices. Experience utilizing continuous improvement techniques and strategies to examine and streamline HR processes and procedures. Experience utilizing data analysis and reporting sufficient to identify, track, synthesize and analyze relevant program data and deliver reports for leadership decision-making. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Talent Management and Evaluation Division (Code 50) of a U.S. Fleet Forces Command Human Resources Office (FLTHRO) of FLEET HRO NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
