In order to qualify, you must meet the Experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes Use analytical and statistical methods and techniques to plan and direct studies in areas of manpower management, organization and mission, and staffing standards; use applicable directives, regulations, procedures, and policies governing manpower management, organization and mission, and staffing standards to accomplish assigned functions; and use oral and written communications to advise managers, resolve problems, conduct meetings and briefings. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Organizational Performance Analysis Problem Solving Program Management Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).

About the Position: Serves as a senior management and program analyst responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and overall administration of a myriad of management, analysis and advisory functions in support of the AMCOM Logistics Center (ALC), Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM)programs and missions.
