You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: – Providing human capital support to senior leadership on various human resource disciplines; AND – Experience operating automated HR systems to identify, track, and manipulate data, as necessary; AND – Providing reports and understand quality of data from a multiple sources; AND – Experience with analytical and evaluative methods for assessing human resources programs and delivering a full range of support for the implementation of human capital plans, policies, and practices; AND – Providing human resources consultative and technical HRIS (Human Resource Information System) services to agency staff. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.

As a Human Resources Specialist (Information Systems), you will provide advice and support to senior OIG management on all human resource matters, organizational management, recruitment and staffing, position classification and position management, performance management, employee relations, personnel security, employee benefits, employee development, and pay administration.
