Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Utilizing a resource management or financial management process in support of program planning such as; Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES); and 2) analyzing requirements to support organizational program development utilizing programs such as Program Objective Memorandum (POM); and 3) Developing and/or presenting leadership with reporting strategic planning on annual or multi-year fiscal program plans such as funding and/or programming constraints to support the decision-making process. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DB-2/GS-11).
