GS-12: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Designs, coordinates and executes custom qualitative and quantitative research projects related to prevention best practices, public health, and prevention science; 2) Identifies opportunities for improvement through exploratory, interactive, and iterative analysis of data and data sources to recommend ways to apply the data; 3) Develops and recommends strategies and policies to be used for the creation and implementation of data driven policies and guidance; and 4) Recommends solutions to enable nontechnical users to benefit from advanced analytics and works with end-users on implementation. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists with empirical analysis to identify sources for problems and maintaining situational awareness on current issues and workforce trends; 2) Contributes to formulation and construction of comprehensive plans to define, guide, and control analysis/research efforts for accomplishment of assigned areas, especially various complex destructive behavior; 3) Assists with developing and recommending strategies and policies to be used for the creation and implementation of data driven policies and guidance; and 4) Assists with developing solutions to enable nontechnical users to benefit from advanced analytics and works with end-users on implementation.
