You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the 13 grade level in the Federal service: Developing and executing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for joint and multinational task forces. Integrating Common Operational Picture (COP) products from applications such as Sharepoint, Global Adaptive Planning Collaborative Information Environment (GAP CIE) and Global Command & Control System Joint (GCCS-J)developing Performing mission analysis, contingency planning, crisis action planning, staff estimates, and Operation Plans (OPLANS)/Concept Plans (CONPLAN) development for joint and multinational task forces. Responding to current and future mission requirements through the optimal delivery of knowledge management systems and services. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support for the integration of Joint Command and Control (JC2) systems, applications, processes, and evolving situational awareness (SA) technologies to facilitate the SA.
