SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing detailed and comprehensive interpretation of Congressional, OMB, OSD, and ASN FM&C financial policies, processes, procedures, and requirements in order to support program goals at Headquarters and Regional Bases worldwide; 2) Analyzing and interpreting a wide variety of issues to formulate Navy Shore Installation Management policies, Navy Budget Cycle, regulations, instructions, goals, initiatives, schedules, procedures, performance, priorities, and processes; 3) Understanding of management, analysis, performance management, business methodologies, and planning techniques for program management and resource management; 4) Interpreting sufficient in scope and quality to be able to effectively carry out major issues, program goals, work processes, and overall operations while preparing budget exhibits for submission; 5) Developing and rendering authoritative guidance of all accounting principles, regulations, directives and legal requirements impacting the command; 6) Interpreting of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DOD FAR Supplement, and procurement methodologies and procedures required to provide goods, services, and construction to government components; 7) Using ability to communicate complex information effectively, both orally and in writing for financial management programs to large teams.
