Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Identifying, organizing and maintaining information management systems to determine its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods; 2) Understanding and interpreting technical material, rules, regulations, and instructions; 3) Planning, coordinating, and executing business functions, resource allocation, and production; and 4) Writing information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling and oral presentations.
