In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using contracting principles, procedures, and practices necessary to prepare, administer, and monitor contracts for historic preservation and cultural resources; 2) Providing historic preservation and cultural resources management products and services for compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA); 3) Evaluating proposed actions for potential impacts to historic and cultural resources, and compliance with historic preservation statutes, regulations and guidelines; and 4) Preparing and presenting briefs to help maintain the level of understanding of the NHPA and processes of compliance.
