Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience reviewing specifications to ensure completeness and conformance to authorized work and managing ship repair job orders and contracts by progressing/monitoring all work to anticipate, prevent, or minimize delays. Experience resolving problems affecting end-cost, quality, schedule, or performance and recommending corrective action to the responsible MARMC department or other authority. Experience providing for the overall coordination of sea trials. Experience assembling/disseminating reports on current status of assigned projects and contracts. Experience implementing comprehensive knowledge of ship repair and shipbuilding procedures, of overhaul and production methods/process, and of quality control/assurance requirements. Experience planning, estimating, scheduling, and expediting labor, machines, and materials in an industrial environment. Experience implementing a working knowledge of contract administration and procurement regulations.
