All eligibility requirements must be met at the time of application. To be a Student Volunteer, you must meet the below eligibility requirements: 1. Be at least 16 years old; and 2. Be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited academic institution on an at least part-time basis. 3. An accredited high school or trade school. 4. A junior or community college. 5. A four-year college or university. *A transcript showing proof of current enrollment is required to be submitted with your application package. Prior to onboarding, proof of enrollment for the semester of your volunteer service is required to verify your eligibility status as a student. *The Ideal Candidate for the Student Volunteer Administrative Professional position will have education of, or experience related to records management or administrative (office) work experience. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to details and handle routine tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Experience with various office software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desired. This position will not be filled until the Department’s Placement Assistance Programs have been fully utilized. No Relocation or Permanent Change of Station Incentives will be offered. No Recruitment Incentives will be offered. This position is outside the bargaining unit. The candidate must be eligible to obtain the applicable security clearance level. If offered a position, the candidate will be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement.

A great opportunity for work experience as well as credit for school. Provides assistance in the areas of policy and legal research and writing, review policies, regulations, statutes, and assist with ongoing records matters.
