Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Coordinating with the Senior Customer Relations Manager, maintaining surveillance of short, midterm and long-range plans pursuant to Enterprise IT objectives; Vetting customer IT requirements, to determine the best fit for the customer as well as the Enterprise; Facilitating IT project execution from start-to-finish ensuring correlation with customers, stakeholders, and organizational goals. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
