TRAINING SPECIALIST

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Teaching, training, researching, making presentations, lecturing, testing, and other instructional methods; Determining objectives and strategies; Coordinating with other parts of the organization to accomplish goals; Monitoring and evaluating the progress and outcomes for learners; Anticipating potential threats or opportunities; Interprets training requirements and curriculum needs and independently adapts training to fit the needs of the learner. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Teaching, training, researching, making presentations, lecturing, testing, and other instructional methods; Full scope of scheduling audits related to scheduling; Determining objectives and strategies; coordinating with other parts of the organization to accomplish goals; Monitoring and evaluating the progress and outcomes of learners; anticipating potential threats or opportunities.
