Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: duties1) Advanced knowledge of DoD, Don IT Cyber Security policies, processes and guidelines.2) Skilled in performing system security evaluations, audits and review for compliance with IT guidelines. 3) Ability to assess security effectiveness of installed systems, formulate and implement plans, practices and procedures to minimize vulnerabilities.4) Skilled in ensuring the application of appropriate security measures.5) Ability to understand how to extract requirements from implementation guidance and instructions. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. You will serve as an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) in the NAVFAC Information Technology Center (NITC) of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).
