GS-13 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Conducting in-depth analysis of readiness and modernization actions; utilizing automated databases to extract and evaluate readiness data; assisting in the development of readiness and modernization requirements to support training strategies; and managing budgetary requirements for capabilities support.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). GS-13 Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Data Analysis Data Management Program Management Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
About the Position: Serve as a senior G-3/7 Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM) (DAMO-TRR) Staff Officer and subject matter expert for ReARMM.
