GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying funding that has been executed and explaining to leadership why funding is being executed at given levels; 2) Collaborating with members to establish funding requirements while utilizing prior historical analysis and critical drivers that affect future spending; 3) Generating and submitting funding requests to budget managers for approval; 4) Maintaining accurate records of execution and providing updates to leadership; and 5) Tracking execution, managing, and analyzing charges. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working with Financial Management and Business/Support Line analysts to perform cost corrections; 2) Advising officers on impacts from changes in controls/budgets and budget polices; 3) Tracking and providing status of funding documents; 4) Assisting in the preparation of justifications for additional funding including mission critical needs; and 5) Utilizes financial and execution systems (i.e., COGNOS, FIS, BIMS, MAXIMO, ieFACMAN, and SABRS) to run detailed reports, collect data, and analyze execution for leadership. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
