Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: management and organization principles and theories, including administrative practices and procedures; Skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identification, consideration and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature; Skill in conducting interviews with supervisors and employees to obtain information about organizational missions, functions and work procedures; Ability to access or located information using a computer. Knowledge of the operation’s products, services, needs and goals of the program(s) and organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources and users; Ability to develop and utilize appropriate data collection techniques used to gather, analyze and evaluate information. Knowledge of financial control and budget systems and management to perform manpower program cost monitoring, annual fiscal planning and development of annual work plans; Ability to execute projects and/or studies within established financial and time constraints; Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results and make appropriate recommendations and Ability to plan, organize work, multi-task and meet deadlines.
